Mardi Gras for a Cause
was first dreamed up by a group of musicians from Warwick, NY who wanted to celebrate their passion for music and their community. Living in a town that was so supportive of the arts, it didn’t take long for a whole committee of musicians and business owners to come together and turn that dream into a reality. The inaugural event took place on February 12th, 2013 and transformed what would have been an ordinary Tuesday night into an evening where people of all ages came together and had unique and memorable experiences while supporting a wonderful community organization, Backpack Snack Attack. We have been lucky to have had so many charitable sponsors, partners, and volunteers come forward and help make Mardi Gras for a Cause a huge success in the past, and we look forward to growing our participation and fundraising goals this year.
